While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. Premium Trading Ltd (Premium Trading)- trading as Frenchie & Co does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.
You agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions when accessing information and/or making purchases via Frenchie & Co. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do not use the website.
Premium Trading may, from time to time, make changes to the content on this site at any time and without notice.
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Premium Trading makes no warranties in relation to the merchantability, fitness for purpose, freedom from computer virus, accuracy or availability of this web site or any other web site.

SECTION 2- ORDERING GOODS AND SERVICES

When you place an order with Premium Trading (trading as Frenchie & Co) you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order.
We reserve the right to limit the number of an item customers can purchase in a single transaction.
We will provide confirmation that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted and you may not cancel it.
We will take payment from you when we accept your order.

We currently accept the following credit and debit cards:

• MasterCard

SECTION 4- PRICING

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason.

SECTION 5- WEBSITE AND CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Our payments are processed using SSL protocol to protect your privacy.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure your payment details are secure. We recommend logging out after each transaction and not saving payment details.

SECTION 6- GIFT VOUCHER USAGE

Gift vouchers cannot be used for online purchases.

SECTION 7- REFUSING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

If the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.

SECTION 8- DELIVERY AND DELIVERY CHARGES

We deliver to any address in New Zealand. At this time we do not deliver to addresses outside of New Zealand. Delivery charges are calculated at cart and represent the full cost of delivering product to the specified address contained within the transaction.
Premium trading is only required to deliver to the address specified within the transaction.
Goods become the purchasers’ property once they are dispatched from Premium Trading. Premium Trading will take all reasonable action to ensure products are delivered securely to the recipients address.

SECTION 9- RETURNS

Returns will be assessed on a case by case basis in line with Premium Trading’s responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993) and Fair Trading Act (1986).

SECTION 10- INTELECTUAL PROPERTY

Premium Trading and its suppliers own all copyright and other intellectual property in this site. Everything on this site, unless otherwise stated, is copyright.

SECTION 11- JURSIDICTION

This website is governed by, and is to be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand.

SECTION 12- CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Premium Trading reserves the right to alter, modify or update these terms of use from time to time.
