Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that may not be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others especially during the busy holiday season.
We understand that there are circumstances that are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule, but we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you call to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 25% of the cancelled service fee in your next visit. If notice is not given and you miss your appointment, we will charge 50% of the service total upon your next visit.
